The Isarco Valley extends from the town of Bressanone, along the river Isarco to the town of Bolzano. The valley is characterised by beautiful forests and mountains, and its own art und culture.

The small region holds treasures of art history with many precious objects like for example frescoes from the early Romanic, gothic cloister, fantastic churches from the baroque era, small chapels, pretty houses of past times up to modern buildings from the 20th century.

Visit the small villages and find many works of famous artists, sculptors and builders, and simple gems of rural Folk art. There are some small, but considerable museums which offer interesting collections and impressions.
